The International Student Additional Preferences for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Associate's and Bachelor's Degree Programs will be conducted online on August 21-24, 2023.

Candidates can make up to 10 preferences using GAÜNYÖS, TR-YÖS, or İÜYÖS exam scores.

NOTE 1: Candidates who hold a Blue Card must upload their Blue Cards to the system during the preference process. The Blue Card option must also be selected as the identification type during preferences. Otherwise, their registration will not be completed even if the student is accepted.

NOTE 2: Candidates with at least one Turkish citizenship must upload a "Detailed Population Register Sample" to the system (they must document under which Law Article they acquired Turkish Citizenship).

NOTE 3: Candidates without high school diplomas must upload an official document containing the graduation date and grade to the system.

NOTE 4: T.C. Candidates who are nationals who have completed high school by studying abroad must attach a certificate of entry and exit to the dormitory.

Minimum GAÜNYÖS and İÜYÖS base scores required for acceptance into programs:

Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering, Architecture, Aviation and Space Sciences, Health Sciences Faculties: At least 50 points

Other Faculties and Turkish Music State Conservatory: At least 40 points

Vocational Schools: At least 30 points

Minimum TR-YÖS base scores required for acceptance into programs:

Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering, Architecture, Aviation and Space Sciences, Health Sciences Faculties: At least 250 points

Other Faculties and Turkish Music State Conservatory: At least 200 points

Vocational Schools: At least 150 points
