International students, who have enrolled in undergraduate and associate degree programs for the 2020-2021 Academic Year, are required to send the originals of the documents they previously uploaded to the system of the International Student Office during registration to our University by courier or mail.

Since the pandemic process continues, no documents will be taken by hand.

The deadline for submitting documents is May 1, 2021.

Documents to be sent:

a) High School Diploma (The original diploma must be submitted. For the diplomas that are not in English or Turkish, the notarized or Turkish Foreign Representatives approved translation required.)

b) Diploma Equivalency Certificate (It can be taken from the Ministry of National Education, Provincial Directorates of National Education or the Turkish Foreign Representatives in their country. Temporary equivalencies are not accepted. The enrolment of the students without an equivalency certificate will be cancelled.)

c) Certificate of Grades-Transcript (The students are required to submit an approved copy of their official transcript showing the courses and grades they took in high school, and approved by the High School Directorate.

d) GAÜNYÖS / İÜYÖS Exam Result Document

e) Photographs (8 photographs, taken in the last six months, front view, fully visible face, beardless for male students and 4.5x6 cm in size. Photocopies will not be accepted.)

f) Passport / Identity Card Photocopy (Must be in Turkish or English. Documents other than these languages must be translated by a notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives.)
