Enrolments will be online between 19-23 October 2020 due to the pandemic. Candidates who do not enrol between the specified dates are deemed to have waived their rights.

Enrolments are made in accordance with the International Student Application and Enrolment-Admission Directive for Gaziantep University Associate and Undergraduate Programs.

Pursuant to the clause (h) of Article 13 of the International Student Application and Enrolment-Admission Directive for Gaziantep University Associate and Undergraduate Programs, “The candidates who make false declarations or who are found to be misleading the administration by any action or operation are not accepted. If this situation is detected after the candidates are enrolled, the student will be dismissed from the University”.

"The tuition fees paid by the students who enrol and cancel their enrolment at their OWN WILL not be refunded.

Candidates must pay the tuition fees in the Annex before starting the enrolment process.

The steps to be taken by candidates who will deposit their tuition fees in Turkey and out of Turkey are different.

a. Candidates who can deposit their tuition fees in Turkey (with a TR or YU ID number) can deposit their fees with their student numbers from Halkbank or Halkbank ATMs. Students who have deposited their tuition fees in this way do not need to send a receipt to our University. Students who have deposited their tuition fees domestically can proceed with their enrolment directly.

b. Students who will pay their tuition fees out of Turkey should make their payments to the IBAN stated below, and they should send an e-mail to intstud@gantep.edu.tr including the photo of the receipts, name and surname, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and state the program they are accepted. For these candidates who will pay their tuition fees from abroad, Halk Bank IBAN is: TR04 0001 2001 3380 0004 0001 16 and SWIFT CODE is TRHBTR2AXXX so that they can pay their tuition fees.

Candidates who have deposited their tuition fees from abroad to the relevant account number can start the enrolment process after 3 hours.

Students who have deposited their tuition fees will complete their enrolment by following the order below (Enrolment steps are also attached).

Students who successfully complete their enrolment can log into the Student Information System (OBS) as a student of Gaziantep University from the e-registration system. When logging into the OBS system, the user name is the student number.

Password is the first 5 digits of the Foreign National Identity Numbers (Y.U) or T.R. ID number. The students can log into the system and change their password.

NOTE: Since the coronavirus pandemic continues, no enrolment will be made face to face. However, students have to submit their original documents on a date to be announced later.
