REGISTRATION PROCEDURES OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (FOR NEW STUDENTS)

The candidates who have gained the right to register in our University as an International Student in the 2020-2021 Academic Year are required to register online between 07.09.2020 - 11.09.2020 until 17:00 by Turkish Time.

Those who do not register between the specified dates are deemed to have waived their rights.

The candidates must pay their fees before starting the registration process. Tuition fees for our university's programs: harc-calismasi-v1012880.pdf

The steps to be followed by the candidates who will pay the tuition fees in Turkey or out of Turkey are different.

a. The candidates who will deposit their fees in Turkey (with a TC or YU number) can deposit their fees with their student numbers from Halkbank or Halkbank ATMs. The students who pay their tuition fees in this way do not need to send a receipt to our University. Those who deposit their tuition fees domestically can proceed with registration directly.

b. The students who will deposit their fees out of Turkey must make their payments to the IBAN number stated below and send an email to intstud@gantep.edu.tr with the screen shot (photo) of the receipts, specifying their names/surnames, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and the program they were accepted in the email. For these candidates who will pay their fees from abroad, Halkbank IBAN Number is TR04 0001 2001 3380 0004 0001 16 and SWIFT CODE: TRHBTR2AXXX so that they can pay their tuition fees.

The students who pay their fees will register by the following order (Registration steps are also included in the attachment):

The students who successfully complete their registration can login Student Information System (SIS) as a student of Gaziantep University from the e-registration system. When logging into the SIS system, the user name is the student number.

The password is the first 5 digits of the Foreign National Identity Numbers (Y.U) or T.C. The students can login the system and change their password.

NOTE: Since the coronavirus pandemic continues, no registration will be delivered by hand. However, students have to submit their original documents on a date to be announced later.
