Necessary Documents For Enrollment:

  • The original of the High School Diploma must be submitted. Certified translations of diplomas which are neither English nor Turkish languages must also be submitted at the time of registration.The students who graduated from Temporary Education Centres are supposed to submit “High School Diploma”. The diplomas taken from Temporary Education Centres are not accepted.
  • Diploma Equivalency Certificate is taken from the National Education Directorates or from the Turkish Foreign Representatives in their country. The provisional equivalents are not accepted.
  • Transcript: Students are required to submit certified photocopies of their official transcripts showing the courses and grades they received in high school and approved by the High School Directorate. If the transcript is not either in English or Turkish, the certified translation version must be submitted with the original one.
  • The original Exam Result Document (IUYOS, SAT, ACT, GCE AL, ABITUR) which was submitted in application must be submitted again.
  • If available, Turkish or English Equivalency Certificate.
  • Portrait Photo (8 pcs) The photos must have been taken within 6 months, must be in frontal-view, the student should be recognized easily, no beard and must be in 4.5x6 size. The photocopy of the photos are not accepted. The photos must absolutely comply with these conditions, or else, they cannot be accepted.
  • Passport / ID Copy: Must be in Turkish or English. Certified translations of documents apart from these languages must be submitted.
  • Students admitted to programs of the Department of Health Services Vocational School are required to submit a Health Board report.
  • The students who will enrol as dual citizen must submit “Detailed Certificate of Identity Register” (Certificate of Identity Register) taken from Registry Offices and showing they are foreign citizens by birth and later become Turkish Citizen. The student who does not formally submit this certificate showing that they have taken the citizenship cannot be enrolled
  • Candidates who will enrol with the blue card must submit the original copy of the blue cards and photocopy.
  • Receipt of Tuition Fee: The tuition fees are in the annex.
  • General Health Insurance: The students who are enrolled must apply to Social Security Institution with their foreign ID No within three months. If they do not apply, they cannot benefit from any health institution in Turkey.

The students, who are accepted to the departments which admit students with Special Talent Exam (School of Physical Education and Sport, Faculty of Fine Arts Painting Department and Turkish Music State Conservatory), are supposed to contact with the related department
