The department of Philosophy and Sociology of Law aims to evaluate positive legal order which current rules of law constituted, duly enacted by state substantially and constitute majority of law education in the aspect of social realities and necessities; and thereby aims to analyse the subjects like the relation between law, state and society, the essence, function and aim of law, and the methods on implementing rules of law.
Philosophy and Sociology of Law courses have been given at undergraduate level within the department of Philosophy and Sociology of Law.
