Linear time-invariant differential system representation; solution of state transition function, transfer function matrix. Decomposition of a system into its natural modes. Realization problems in linear differential systems; algebraic equivalence, controllability and observability. Minimal realization of an impulse response matrix of a system. Basic results on system stability.
